Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and I can’t wait. I love to eat. I also really like to cook. Combined with spending time with the people you love and love you makes Thanksgiving one of my favorite Holidays.
Right, the Super Caesar Salad that I mentioned, I’m getting there. This salad is really good, and simple to make. I can’t take all the credit for this recipe, as I learned it from my Grandmother in-law a few Thanksgivings ago.
- A1 Sauce
- One egg
- Salt and Pepper
The egg and Tabasco can be optional, but I highly recommend you give the full version a try first. Mix equal parts Worcestershire sauce and A1 Sauce, squeeze a lemon wedge in with the raw egg and parmesan. Add Tabasco and the S&P to taste, and server over cold Romaine lettuce.
Don’t let the ingredients fool you this is a true Caesar Salad, a super one at that. Give it a try, I know you too will want to share it with those close to you as well.
There are several things that I’m thankful this year, but of them all, I am most thankful for time I have together with my wife. What are some of the things you’re thankful for this year?
Please share any comments you have on the salad below in the comments. 😀
