Making Plurk Clique

Plurk is here, and after a few weeks of testing it out, I think here to stay. It’s a wonderful site for getting to know the more personal side of people (esp. in my industry), networking, and some heated debates. Plurk also sports a powerful feature, not yet seen on the other popular social site Twitter, called Cliques.

There are several people that would say Plurk is a time waster, and that Twitter is where the “news” is at. I agree with that, but only because Plurk is still new compared to Twitter, and Cliques aren’t yet being used to their full potential… yet.

Creating Cliques is Quick

• Click on the “My Friends” link at the top left.

• Click on the “Cliques” tab in the new window.

• From here you can name your new Clique.

• Now type in the names of the people you want to add.

What to do with Cliques

Well now that you’ve spent the time to create Cliques on Plurk, it’s time to let the lucky people know they have been added. Cliques are missing the ability to invite your friends to join you, but there is a simple way around this! MSN Docs; Competition for Google Docs?

MSN has announced an open beta for their Microsoft Office Live Workplace. The idea behind the new service came from millions of Office users requesting access to their files via the net.

Could this be due to Google Docs ability to share your personal work with a group or collaborate on a project together, regardless of your OS over the internet? Well if that was what sparked the idea, Microsoft sure buggered it up.

Time for a Review

This month marks the 6th month of posting on this blog. I’ve written for you over 31 posts, and you’ve all be kind enough to leave me 75 comments at the time of posting.

So far I’ve posted on 20 different topics, some in the same niche, but overall the blog is a bit unguided. So I come to you asking for more comments, not on what I’ve written, but on what you would like to see written.

Are You Dense With Your Keyword Useage?

Everyone seems to have their own ideas and opinions on the subject of Keyword Density. Check your favorite SEO blog (don’t have one?) and I’m sure you’ll find an article or two on the subject.
