So what would your take be? I never did get one from PHB. Our company offers keyword exclusiveness, stating that we will not market anyone else for the same keyword. Do you think Downtown Long Beach should be seen as separate or the same as Long Beach?

What about the following:
South Lake Tahoe
North Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe
Then you also have to consider that all three of those can be sold twice because they are all in California and Nevada.
There shouldn’t be any problems with a client wanting to purchase a PMP for North LB because it is a different primary keyword when it boils down to it and so long as the search volume is there then I see no problems.
Just a thought though… btw; what does PHB mean?

I think that the keywords Downtown, South, North, East, West, etc. should be included in a city type marketing agreement like a PMP that AA offers. Just a thought. However, there is no reason that they couldnt or shouldn’t be sold seperately if it was disclosed upon sale. But you should be the one giving me your thoughts on this topic.

I agree Hollywoodamigos, it should be a city package, or disclosed at full that it is not. When the marketing package structure was created search was not what it is today. Personally I think the department and the package structure need an overhaul. I just hope the manager they chose to bring about such positive changes can rise to the occasion.
